Ford recall Explorer Aviator seats 2026
Ford has recalled approximately 388,000 Explorer and Lincoln Aviator vehicles because the second-row seats may fail to latch properly. This defect can cause the seats to tip or slide unexpectedly during a collision, significantly increasing the risk of injury to occupants.
Ford’s new ejector seat technology works a bit too well.
