Ford Recall Tracker is not an official recall notification service. A campaign appearing on this website does not establish that your individual vehicle is affected. Likewise, failure to find a campaign here does not establish that your vehicle has no outstanding recalls.
For information concerning your specific vehicle, check your VIN using the official NHTSA recall lookup and/or Ford’s official recall service before relying on anything on this site.
Official NHTSA VIN Lookup →Ford is recalling certain 2012 Edge vehicles manufactured from September 2, 2010, through October 31, 2011, equipped with 2.0L engines. The fuel line pulse damper metal housing may crack as a result of an improper manufacturing process. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may result in a fire.
Ford will notify owners, and dealers will repair the vehicles free of charge. The safety recall began on September 27, 2012. Owners may contact Ford Motor Company Customer Relationship Center at 1-866-436-7332.
